After Japan showed China pepper during the world war, they vowed that they would develop themselves so it does not happen again.
Today Japan cant try that rubbish again with China. After Germany showed Russia pepper too. Russia developed themselves today Germany will think twice even before they go to war with Russia.
After Israel heard wiiin from Germany and later from the Arab nations around them, they vowed to be stronger and today they are really really strong.
