‘Tool Gate’ Protest

So after the much circulated message of a protest by 7.00 am at the Lekki toll today, I got there at 7.02 am.

Alas, no single sign that anything was going down. Only the presence of plenty policemen.

I was a bit disappointed but the thought quickly came to my mind ‘Nigerians’.

Eventually left the area around 7.30am to head for work. Should I have even taken it serious? Especially when the flier I saw had the spelling TOOLGATE not TOLL.

I just hope that’s not the way bubbles will be burst in 2019 when many people that are advising us to go and get PVC wont go out to vote.
